5. I made a payment but did not receive the product. What should I do?
If I did not receive the product download link after payment:
Check the email from Topmate.

6. Are returns or refunds available for digital products?
Due to the nature of digital products, returns or refunds are usually not available. However, if there is a technical problem with the product, we will try to resolve it.
Half the purchase price is refunded within 10 days but for this you need to message on contect me.
7. Can I download the purchased product again?
Yes, you can download your purchased product again from your account. If the link has expired, contact our customer support team.
8. Do your digital products come with a license?
Yes, message us on the contect me page to get the license. Please see the license information on the details page of each product.
9. I accidentally bought the wrong product. Can I replace it?
Exchange policy is not available for digital products. Read the description carefully before purchasing.

After payment, you will be sent a download link or access code via email. By clicking it, you can access your product immediately.
